8 Scheduled Friday Nights from 6:00-8:00 PM
It’s tough to navigate middle school with all the drama! Namaste Lynne Yoga wants to offer a Friday Night Yoga Hangout to any tween interested in learning how to use yoga, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to chill out and center when things get crazy! We will learn yoga poses, breathwork, and experiment with some meditation, along with some journaling, crafting, discussion and of course – snacking! No prior yoga experience needed to attend!
Cost:
$300, all supplies included – a yoga mat to take home, Practice You Journal by Elena Brower, any necessary craft materials or supplies, and healthy, allergy friendly snacks provided each week.

Bring a friend! We need at least 5 students signed up for the session for the classes to run. Know you will have to miss a week? That’s fine! We can prorate if needed!
